Yesterday I was at a baseball game, I was not wearing sunglasses so I had to squint my eyes for the whole game. when i came home I had a horrible headache. I hardly ever get headaches and when I do they are very minor so I usually don't have to take tylenol or anyhting to get rid of them but yesterday I ended up having to take 3 tylenol all together and the last one allowed me to get to sleep but I woke up this morning with a touch of that same headache? is it possible that it is from the sun? if so how long can it last for? what can I do.

Squinting your eyes can actually give you a headache...that's probably what happened in your case. Bring your sunglasses next time :)

Heat exhaustion. You need to rest and drink plenty of liquid. When you start getting a headache at a game, you need to get in a cool area and cool your body down.
