Just click the attachment button in your e-mail program then find the file you want to attach and send.

If your using Outlook Express,
Click anywhere in the message window.
On the Insert menu, click File Attachment, and then find the file you want to attach.
Select the file, and then click Attach.
The file is listed in the Attach box in the message header.

Create an e-mail. Look around in you e-mail program and there will normally be either a button or menu option to "Attach file". Select that and it will have you choose the file(s) to attach.
Then just send the e-mail like you would any other.

If you have SBC Beta mail box.....Click on compose. Go across the top and click the paper clip. Browse through your documents files and find the then click on the document you want to send. If you don't have Beta mail yet go to SBC downloads and get it when you have the time. Sending documents is no different than sending pictures.

Easiest way is copy and paste them to an email that way you dont have to worry about the other person not being able to open the attached file

depends on the email provider
for example HOTMAIL

in the compose mail screen just click on ATTACH and pick FILE
the browse to the file u want to attach and wait until it uploads the file

open ur Emal client....

u will c Attachments option somewhere...
Just click on it........and browse the file that you wanna send along the Email.

And then click "Attached file"

And then just click the "Send" button...

the process is very much standard in all EMAIL applications....
