If you mean an American president, then the 3 qualifications are:
1-Prefer Israel's interests over US interests
2-Be more Israeli than the Israelis themselves
3-Believe that Israel is a romantic country that is surrounded by animal terrorists and that has the right to defend "herself" (as the dumb Bush has said recently)
