i hva hadtheir cages side my side for approximatly 2 weeks so that they could get used to eachother's scent. i recently had to buy a new cage for the bunnie because she escaped the other one. they are both approximatly three years old and i dont think either of them had cage mates since they were babies. the rabbit is kinda agressive , at least when she wants out and you arent taking her out, any suggestions?

I would not recommend putting them together. First, mixing species is rarely a good idea. Technically rabbits and guinea pigs can live together as they require the same care for the most part, however Guinea Pigs require much more vitamin C than rabbits, and making sure that they get this and that the rabbit doesn't, can be difficult. Especially if you're giving it vitamins through it's water.

Also, you said that they were agressive when babies, and have lived by themselves for three years. Most of the time this would be a bad scenario to even introduce another of the same species, let alone another type. Rabbits can also cause more damage to another animal, most of the time. They are powerful kickers and are fairly territorial. Unless they are both spayed or neutered (which cuts down on territorial-ness) I wouldn't even try it, but even if they are, I still wouldn't suggest it.

You could try letting them romp around together in a room, supervised. But letting them live together is probably a bad idea.

Rabbits can hurt guinea pigs. You could take them both out and let them play together with supervision, but I wouldn't leave them in the same cage.

You should not house them together. For one thing they both have different nutritional requirements. Piggies need more Vitamin C than rabbits. Should the rabbit get scared or annoyed with the piggie it could very well crush it and kill it. No one wants that. You should really get them a companion of their own species.

You can try puting them together and watch them.
Do it in intervals, like first for and hour, then little more, then more and so on. May be it will work.

You should never intermix caged animals of different breeds.

You shouldn't try it. It could end in disaster.
