one patch right in the middle of my chest, very painfull, have to wear a bra as large chested, no puns please, not wearing perfume as this triggers it, tried loadsa creams to no avail xx

go to the walmart and get you some gold bond chaffin powder and put that on it, what i have to do sometimes is lay down with out a bra and let them breath, if you can get a bra that has their own cups, not a sports bra where they are squeezed together that will too

i get heat rash there alot too and i find that if u use cornstarch that it helps with the rash and once it clears up i know it sounds weird but it truly helps, apply a little deoderant under ur breasts and in the areas that get overheated and the deoderant keeps it from getting sweaty and also prevents anymore rashes. My doctor told me about the idea and havent had any more heat rashes since. hope this helps.

Hi you could try talc or vasaline to stop it sweating even more, if you have tried all type of creams try one like eurax or linocane,

keep soaking and use sun cream next time in heat ok.

pure lavender oil mix it with your daily moistercream and hay presto no more pain

aloe vera and calamine lotion will do the trick, I get the same problem, I swear by it
