it's more hezbollah than hizbullah..but they are the same..u may also find it hezbullah or hizbollah....the arabic is حزب الله & there's a "kasra" at the first letter(h) (instead of vowels in english which stands for the e,i,..) also there is a "damma" at the third letter (b) which stands for the o or u...so they are all the same..
& i don't know if you would like to know...but they are two separate words...hezb allah
but it depends on the grammar and where does the words lie in the sentence...you may find it hezbellah or hezballah as well
for example...if it's a subject..then: hezbullah
if it's an object then hezballah..
if it's preceeded by an article..then it's hezbellah...
there are actually more rules but this is a simple example..

Mostly I have seen Hezbollah. However, here we are, a bunch of English speakers, trying to write an Arabian word. They have a completely different alphabet. I can't read Arabic, can you? Looks like a child's scribbling to me. Therefore, I say, go with whatever floats your boat. Either one would work for me.

I've only seen Hezbollah but it may be a variation of spellings that are either European Arabic or English

Like other translations, there's no absolute way to spell it in English. "Gaddafi," "Qadafi," and "Kaddafi" (Libyan leader) is a good example.
