That is one of the biggest differences between a rich and a poor family. In a rich family, the wealthy members are constantly involved in helping the poorer ones get access to the means to make money. Note that I didn't say give them money. If they are butt poor, they will, of course, give them money. But, this is much more about increasing the wealth and power of the entire family by having the more skilled members teach the lesser skilled members how to generate wealth.

No family keeps wealth more than a generation or two without doing this.

Mine don't. Most rich people in my opinion are very cheap and like to hang onto their money. I'm not bitter, but this is my experience. I have 2 wealthy siblings and at least one is very unhappy in her life. She never has enough and when she does, she starts all over again. lol.

Some do but most don't because of what kind of relationship they have with their sibling

depends on if their financially weaker sidlings r responsible. if they r bumbs n dont work n try to better themselves then no. if they just caught a raw deal n some help would help them get on the right track then yes.

Depends on their relationship. In general most will but theres been some who if they have a stingy personality will not.

NO they just come around when they need something have seen it happening among my fathers side

NO!!!!! been there done that they keep coming back for more and never really learn how to manage on their own.
