It depends what its laced with... dmt, there's no way to tell. (Usually dmt laced bud is going to cost a butt load more)
If its laced with crack or coke there is more of a white shimmer to it. A trained eye can tell right away.
If its laced with pcp the only way to tell is if you smoke it. You'll feel really up and start see'n strainge crap out of the corner of your eye.

Why would they waste whatever it is that you think they laced it with? If anything, they'd charge you for it.
