Toe nail clippings by far!!! At least they aren't alive or poisonous!!
When I was in middle school, there was a girl on my bus who would prop her leg up on her knee and bite her toenails like someone would bite their fingernails. It was the most interesting thing to watch, if not also one of the most disgusting!!!

eat toe nail clippings. honestly i did that only i use my hands finger alot of times specially when im thinking and nervous.cant stop it till now
