I'm just following up on my question from yesterday and as it turns out, I finally did go to the Hospital and my "gut" (no pun intended) instinks were correct. I had emergency surgery last night due to a largely inflammed and infected appendicts. Thank you to those of you who responded to my question.

Wow I'm glad you got help. They symptoms are really nothing alike. I had my appendix removed and it felt like somebody had stabbed me and I got really tired and feverish so I guess those are sort of flu symptom like
