Based on their World Cup performance, I'd say Italy, or Germany, or Portugal, maybe even Spain if they improve a little.
France is another good team, but they depended largely on Zidane in the midfield. Now that he's retired, I don't know if they keep up.

Australia. They lost to Italy (the winners of the 06 world cup), 1-0 from a terrible decision by the referee to give italy a direct in the box. if this had not happened australia had the ability (and the dominace throughout that game to bring it home)

I have no idea who will win Euro. Different tournament with different teams for some I would imagine. But good luck to all countries competing. I only hope we can watch it somewhere in Australia as it will be another competitive group of games to watch.
