The U.S. would get Deadeye Dick, of course, but what about the UK? And Russia? And the other countries?
This is not meant to be a suggestion or a threat, I'm just wondering what would happen.

good question, it would depend on the country of course... I can answer that in England the labour party would vote on a replacement

In theory it sounds good, but when you think about it, you'd get a replacement Bush = Dick, I'd get a replacement Howard = Costello, and the Brits would get a replacement Blair. So in essence, we'd still be left with the same thing, just slight variations.

There are replacements in the wings ready to take over if that would happen. Things may be a little messy because whoever did it would have the major part of the world after them.
