I want to bring back this girl named Anna Svidersity or something like that. She was stabbed to death in Vancouver, Washington during her night shift at Mcdonalds.

The only way to bring them back to life is in your mind. You just have to embrace the fact that she is dead. Becides if you bring her back to life she would probably thank you by eating your brain :)
