Neither, more scary than that. He has a subconscious agenda that even he is not aware of. He wants to put the pieces in place for the second coming. Maybe when nobody is raptured this silliness will end. Hang on to you seat, you are living in interesting times.

Bush is a social phenomenon. We were so sick with Clinton and his slick-willy, wishy-washy, focus rooming, poll-reading politics, that someone like Bush was bound to be elected in effect as the anti-Clinton. Bush seemed to be the straight forward anti-politician. He wasn't slick at all, and it was refreshing. And the rest is history.
