Stiffness in hands all day, especially in high humidity/rain. Feet especially stiff when I get up.

Unfortunately arthritis isn't restricted to seniors. Teenagers have
been known to have it. Go to a doctor and get checked out.

If its bad enough for you see a dr. I have arthritis and I was 25 when it was diagnosed. My finger joints get very stiff especially in winter time. My cousin's daughter had her arthritis diagnosed at age 12 and she is 22 now and before forty will likely undergo various joint replacements.

Sounds like Rheumatoid Arthritis. Ive been having those pains for years and years now and I'm 43! You are blessed if it took this long to come on. I forgot, Ben Gay works wonders!!!! I have it in my back and it helps tremendously!

furthermore some autoimmune diseases present with arthritis

Have you been examined by anyone yet? It can be as simple as displacement of the small bones of the wrist or foot.. Unfortunalely, if left unattended, there will be crystalization taking place which will then be classified as degenerative arthritis.

you may have one form of arthritis. bu it can also be another condition due to poor circulation. see a dr.
