how do i replace the analog stick on my PSP?

i bought a new one but i dont know how to get the old one out

Just try taking it to a game store and ask someone at the front register. another hint: you didnt have to buy another one. It works even better to tape a quarter to the d-pad. Even if you dont like how it sounds, just try it.
