First check to see if your jets are adjustable if they are then all you need to do is get a propane regulator. If the jets are not adjustable then you need to to walmart or kmart and get a propane burner and the jet unit they should be all together.

Go buy a propane converter. I know the sell them for camp stoves at walmart but I'm not sure about grills.

The orfices for the two are different. See if you can replace the natural-gas orfice with a propane orfice.

You need to consult with the manufacturer to see if your model IS convertble and it can be done economically.
