I have, when complaining, researched directors of companies, and bypassed the complaints dept, with amazing results.
These people are immune from the real world of customer critisism (and lied to) by middle management, and , here's the bit..If you can constructivly point out the problem, in a well written, thought about, and repectfully, frank, though polite letter, which makes sense, you will get results. It has to be a letter, in your own handwriting, people and companies are still really old fashioned about this, respecting the effort it takes. Any pleb can send an irate offensive email, and get the suitable response an "email" deserves. Take the time to research somewhere richard is likely to be, a holding comany...Most of his virgin brands he sells, when succsesful, so youll need an office where he will actually be. Use a title, is he knighed yet? ie Sir richard branson...obe/ etc, at an adress thats hard to find for him, by regular people..Mark the envelope private, or confidential, This will be taken for "serious" mail, by using a carefully selected address, title, and personally written envelope.
Even then a secretary will open it. Make it something he should "know" (so it will be flagged up) with well thought out, realisic, thogh frank..feedback..not critism..this is "consumer level feedback". YOU have taken the "trouble" of writing to him personally, because, ....and you hope he finds these "constructive" thogh "unfortunatly realistic" experiences "helpful" in "assisting" him to "plan future strategies". Be polite, real, and constructive. Aim high, you should at least get a response from someone high up. Think about what it is you really want to achieve thogh. a moan? money back? really make some changes? Think about it, craft a letter well, and youll get out what you put in. Sorry I cant help with the actual question...An address, but then, if I could give you one, everybody could, theyd be staff there for mass enquireies..Just what your hopeing to avoid. Its Your research my friend, the more difficult it is, the more unique your letter shoul be! I reckon 2or 3 hours on the net Should yield some un publisised addresses worth targeting. Send a few, to differnet but well chosen addresses.
