Absolutely no problem. But if you have a heavy wax build-up, you might want to try hydrogen peroxide. It breaks down the wax quite efficiently.

I wouldn't. Ear wax is kind of gross, but when you think about it, your ears produce it for a reason. Rubbing alcohol would both remove the wax and irritate the sensitive skin inside your ear. That would set you up for an ear infection.

It's safe, but it's not a good idea. It's VERY drying and can damage the delicate lining of the ear canal.

It`s absolutely safe. In fact,swimmers ear drops are made of rubbing alcohol and vinegar.

I use headsets at work and they are community, I clean them and my ears with alcohol wipes everyday, I haven't had any problems in 5 years.

i don't know about alcohol, but you can put peroxide in there to clean them.
