Yes. you have to.I love my shower and I do not use soap as in a bar of soap.I use a light duty degreaser that I dilute at 1 part degreaser to 5 parts water.It kills head lice should the kids pick that up at school.It kills and prevents Athlete`s foot.It keeps all my drains unblocked even the toilet.It prevents mildew and kills algae.Unlike soap it is environmentally friendly and contains no animal fat or harmful chemicals.I wash my feet last to clean off all the dirt that gets washed off my body.I almost forgot It controls and prevents Candida infections.

I am 35 and I found that I have more itches and more problems associated with minor athletes feet, when I scrub my feet. I have also learned to let the shampoo bubbles cleanse my face instead of using soap separately on my face. This actually reduced my acne. I think that the more you scrub the more you open your pours for a new OIL of Olay product. People have been using soap to get the job done for a long time. The more products they put into soap, the more products youll need to bring back your natuaral oil/skin balance.

No. I stand upside down so my feet won't get wet. :)
I wash my feet and scrub in between toes too.

Honestly, no, unless they are unusually dirty...like after working in the yard..which I tend to do barefooted or in sandals.
