1) your not in the military. 2) until you get some experience under you belt, you don't get an opinion ( you'll learn this in boot camp) and 3) if you look at history, several nations have tried women in combat. it doesn't work. the Russians tried it in world war 2 as did the Israelis. much to the detriment of the unit. it's not that woman are inferior, it's that in the particular dynamics of a combat unit there is just no room for women. unpopular opinion i know. best of luck with your military carer.

Women are already in combat.
The highest-ranking American killed in action in the first Gulf War 1990-1 was Major Marie Rossi, 32, from Oradell, NJ, pilot with the 159th Aviation Battalion, 24 Infantry Division. She was killed piloting a CH-47 helicopter in support of 101st Airborne on 1st March 1991

Nothing wrong. Men and Women have the same rights and responsibilities. It is time to offer the opportunity to women in combat. Maybe future war will change completely... the problem is: who will the government take care of the children?

One of the biggest issues of women in combat with men is that our society raises males to think they need to protect a woman. There are plenty of women capable of handling themselves in combat and who are physically able. If you are on a mission and any of the men are worried about protecting the woman, then you suddenly have placed the entire group in danger.

I dont think they should. Physiologically women are not made for battle. They dont have the physical strength and it would be harder for a woman to survive under harsh physical conditions.
I think they are better suited in areas that require emotional rather than physical strength.
I am a woman and i am all for equality and all that but we need to be practical about some limitations.
