I work at McDonald's in drive-thru. I hate it when people drive up to the speaker and and are on thier cell phones talking to who ever. I greet them and they are not even listening. Than they get MAD AT ME because they were talking and missed the greeting. I want to hit them! Pay attention people!!! Order your food and talk later!

I hate that to. My kids took a walk yestarday and another mom was riding bikes with her son. She had a coke in one hand and her cell phone in the other stopped on the side of the road talking. People survived before cell phones, y do they think they cant go anywhere without it now. By the way im from the indy area too.

I know it is so obnoxious. It's against the law in New Jersey to talk on cell phones in the car and people do it anyway. You should complain to the mcdonalds management and make a rule that wen people go through the drive through to get off their cells. You can't do two things at once!!!

I have a question how come every McDonalds in Indiana has the typical short haired heavy set manager that always thinks she knows everything???? THey should at least tell the people to hold on when they are ordering...I agree.

For the Indy area people, anybody else notice that the McDonalds owned by "Blessed Faith" typically have the worst customer service? My boyfriend and I have both "mystery shopped" these McDonalds as well as those owned by others, and the Blessed Faith have been horrible. Sorry if you work at one of those, I am sure not every employee there sucks.

yeah. it's lousy for two reasons. one, people misuse their cell phones and are rude about it. two, many wealthy people insist on driving through the McDonalds drive thru and acting like they are above it all. please...... even some of the people who work at McDonalds wouldn't eat there.

OMGG!!! i knowww!! i also work at McDonalds nd majority of the time im taking orders and i can't stand when people do that! ORRR when you can't hit the speaker button immediately after the car gets to the speaker and people go 'HELLOOO. ..HELOOOOOOO !!! ' and then you greet them and they go ' can you give me a minute?' ughh !! its sooo frustrating!!! It also annoys me when people complain to me about the prices . . i don't make the prices i just ring up your order. .complain to the manager people !
