Lay across the whole thing with the fulcrum at about your hips, so you can use your legs and upper body strength to teeter and totter.

I don't think that is really possible, unless you could push yourself up when you are on the bottom and come back down real quick with a hard landing. Just a thought.

You have to be able to lift your own weight by pushing yourself off the ground. Once you're in the air gravity will pull you back down to the ground, and you repeat the process. By the way, don't pay attention to my Questions. My dumbass brother wrote that crap.
