We would like to have a large or at least somewhat large sculpture of the ten commandments that we could put out front of the property.

Ask the members of your parish for starters. Maybe someone has some sculpturing experience. Or, they know someone who does.
Failing that, advertise in the local paper, in the classifieds.
If you have a college/university in your town, I would go to the Fine Arts dept, and ask about artists in town.
Once you find someone, be sure to see their portfolio, and finally be very detailed as to exactly what you desire. In the contract, I would ask for a clay-model (experienced sculptors should do this anyway), and approve it, before carving begins.
Finally, make sure that the people involved have the FULL SUPPORT of the church; maybe have a vote on several models submitted by sculptors.
Good luck.

I think you should re-evaluate. Jesus said there are only two: There is one God. Love your neighbor as yourself. That would fit much nicer onto two tablets. Who does your grave stones? Get in touch with your local stone mason. Support your community. :)

Well, since they are basically stone tablets, it would seem that the same company that makes gravestones would be able to make one for you. I don't think they are so common that they are being mass produced.
