Not all Yanks are stupid, but all hillbillies are :) . They just seem to appear to be stupid by stealing the English language and changing words like calling trousers pants and calling a Curriculum Vitae a resume. This may be viewed as them not having enough brain cells to create a language, or possibly it it them having enough brain cells to outsource a truly universal and superior language like English.
Another point may be that they follow their corrupt leader (cough cough Obama) like ducklings following their mother. it may also be because of the bitchy/ gossipy type girls such as Chelsea Briggs on Hollywire, and possibly their news programs that are more like over acted films. It may also be that they are extremely eccentric people who like to celebrate every thing that happens, oh look I had a ****, Ceeleebraations. Woohoooo way to go me. What I mean is you see NASA's command centre when every they land a probe its like yaayyyy!!, Its the equivalent in excitement as winning the lottery in the UK.
It may be due to all of the brain washing that they receive from a young age; where their government and leaders subject the poor and innocent to brain washing, where they must salute to the national anthem and everything American, and how they are dead patriotic. You must also consider that their commanding officers in the forces/ military get them to say "sir yes sir" and and act like brain washed naive humans and lick the feces off of their shoes.(Metaphorically speaking)
In addition they seem to have no common sense or intellect and just do what their leaders tell them to, and are told its the right thing. Such as keeping secrets like the reverse engineering of extra terrestrial crafts and the collaborations and knowledge they have of Aliens; Yet they still deny it and make overused cover up stories for it. Their leader are two stupid how they say In these circumstances its a matter of national security. Well if so you saft mickey mouse leaders, then why not let other countries like the UK and Europe and Russia (yes the people you have a petty power squabble over) have a say in it. You don't rule the planet USA.
So yes, for these and many other reasons yanks are stupid, but you must also consider that the US of the A's population is rather large and that there are the most scientific discoveries and breakthroughs in America.
And while we're on the topic; If British are Brit's, Americans are Yanks, Polish are Pol's, Czechoslovakians are czech's then how come Pakistanis take offense, and is classed as racist to call them Pakis, when its just the same as the rest. The same goes for Nigerians from the country Niger, they are offended to be called Nigers. The world is a confusing place or should I say humans are confusing.

We have all kinds of nice things, like tall glasses of ice water gratis in restaurants, and toilet paper that is softer than your underwear. We have a thriving economy, too, and the whole place, being Capitalistic and not Socialist, throbs with industry.

You might like our cooking, too, although we tend not to recognize mashed peas as a side dish, and we prefer pork and beef barbecue to take-away curry.

And, no matter where you go, you will not find a toilet older than 150 years, no matter how hard you look!
