birth mother living with a man who can not even see his own kids, in another state. Father don't really give a ****, deals & does drugs: But wants the girls because of child support checks, father is 35 and has MS. lives with any one who will take him in., with or without the girls.The girls are not in a stable enviroment unless they are staying with me. But Hubby said unless we can get full rights he will not let the girls come back.( we are all attached to them and they to us.) They are 2 1/2 years old. I have had them almost all of the time since April of this year up until yesterday.

Call CPS and have them placed in your home.Some times you have to do what you have to do.Tell the parents if they don't let the kids stay w/ you until they get there life straight then you are going to call CPS and then there will be a chance they will never see them.Tell them to keep the check.Just make sure the kids are OK.

i dont know what state are you in... that depends on the state.. but usually you have to go throught the department of childrens and family and have an investiagation started to see the situation the kids are in...then you tell whom ever the investigator is that you care for the kids and that you would like the state to place them in your care.... we have the same situation with his daughter and we have her right now. good luck and god bless you.
