Global warming is here, but the cause or solution has not been found
War in the middle east....yeah....it's Thursday so there's a war in the middle east. There is always war over there. Has in the past, war now, and will be in the future.
China and India are growing like mad. They are are demanding more of that oil that we so preciously love.
Russians have a right to recover the costs of the energy that they were previously providing to what was their own country. When you go independent, you are no longer on most favored status. See costs of freedom.
The lack of water....I thought we were going to flood because of global warming.....which is it? We also have desalination plant technology to convert salt water to fresh should this global warming thing falls through.

All of the above and more.
There is only hate towards one another. We are all slowly killing ourselves by one of these ways or another.
Everything is always about being the bigger and better overall powerhouse.
Why does it matter?
Why can't people just live life, we are only hurting ourselves. People on this sight are always saying how stupid one another are, when they have ignorance themselves.
No one is better than anyone else, if you were you would be a saint.
War is never the answer, be more concerned with the people in your own back yard, than over someone else's fence.
Be worried that our young children are in need of a better education, or that young children in EVERY country are dying b/c they have no home, or are beaten by there guardians. Our problems are that we are so focused with what every other country is doing and not taking care of our own. These children are the future of all of your countries, and if you continue to keep teaching them hate, the earth will die.
And lets face it, until that happens, we must all learn to live here together.
And believe me, it's not about what country is better than anyone elses,it's about the fact that the only way anyone knows how to resolve anything is through killing, and war, and low blows on this sight.
Worry more about the rapists, raping your daughters (oh and some of your countries allow that as punishment), or aids, cancer, your dying grandmother, the fact that your child may have a learning disorder. Worry more about what is around you and this would be a better place.

Global Warming.
Terrorism a far distant second.
Yes I've heard of September 11. I doubt the ability of terrorists to top that. I've also heard of Katrina and a large heat wave in Europe. I expect things like that to become more common, and the coasts to flood, but not to "End of the world" status. Just "End of Florida" and other coastal areas.

American bullying over energy ...
Why should the Russians or the rest of the world pay for oil in dollars???
The price of oil should be not just in dollars. If the Russians or anyone else for that matter want to buy oil in Euros, Yens or whatever currency takes their fancy they should be allowed to do so and get a price in that currency on the international market.

None of the above.
My answer would be the growing poverty not only in so-called developing countries, but even in so-called wealthy countries, like the US, Canada and the UK, none of which want to actually deal with these issues and will be paying for it as their own economies get dragged down with changing global dynamics.

The Bush administration:
The president of the most powerful nation in the world (not gloating-just is) has tremendous power, and they are handling all of the above issues in the worse way. Except the Russian thing, I don't even know about that issue.

They are all important but my belief is the that the arrogance of USA leadership in trying to dominate athe world and dictate its solutions will ultimately lead to a collapse of modern civilation as we know it.. The gap between the world's rich and poor is getting larger by the year and that trend is forced by the USA both at home and abroad.
