Cheney likes to keep a low profile while he is behind the scenes weaving his evil web of deceit and controlling everything that happens in Washington.
I mean think about it: if you had all the power but didn't want the American public to know it, you'd rarely be seen in pubilc.

He's visiting the planet Atherton, where the overseers reside. He's getting his latest orders in his role as Overlord of the Preparation. He's almost done. And when he is, the overseers will come and enslave us all. This has been made possible through widespread ignorance, and we deserve every last bit of the torture to come.
This makes every bit as much sense as all the other conspiracy theories.

No, he was in Detroit last week, doing a fund raiser, he raised millions so that the repuglicans can try to buy another elections. It takes millions to buy votes.
