Keep yourself moving. Don't let yourself get into a comfortable spot and stay there, it will put you out
Expose yourself to bright lights. This resets your circadian rythms (internal clock governing sleep cycles). I've found this to work most times.

Alert pills! its strong as coffee! but dam! after if goes away and you havent slept for like 24 hours! you will feel that your eyes would cramp! Alert pills typically last 4 hours!

Just drink coffe, energy drinks, soda, & keep in motion dont just sit down & do nothing cause then youll get sleepy.
