If you've mobile sim box then its written over it .. or call your mobile operator hlepline they'll tell you.

The PUK code is the Pin Unblocking Key. You need this from your airtime provider if you have blocked the SIM card; i.e. entered your PIN incorrectly 3 times.
A bit like entering the PIN wrong at the ATM and needing to contact the card issuer, only there is slightly less security for a mobile phone. Hope this helps.

I had this the other day. Just call you cell phone compony, tell them that you need your PUK code, and they'll give it to you. Pretty easy
