in no particular order:

Van Halen / Runnin With the Devil

Iron Maiden / Hallowed Be Thy Name (live version)

Prince and the Revolution / Purple Rain (live version)

Slayer / Read Between the Lies

Yngwie J. Malmsteen / Far Beyond the Sun

The Prince is so sad and beautiful, the Slayer is so bruising and brutal.

The Maiden and Van Halen make me feel free as a bird.

Yngwie's playing combines the testosterone of the electric guitar with the ordered beauty of a Bach organ fugue.
