Either through Paypal, money order, personal check, or any other form of payment that you allow on your item....maybe I am not understanding your question...If the buyer goes through Paypal, I believe it takes about 3-4 days before the seller gets the money...if you go on the EBay site there are plenty of informative chat rooms available that will probably help you better since they deal with this ALL the time...hope I helped

Best way is to open a paypal account to receive the cash. It sits in the paypal account or you download it into your bank or credit card. Personally, I never buy from people who don't accept paypal - it has the best protections.
Alternatively, the munchkin you sell to mails you a cheque and you bank it before you send the item. Personally I don't like doing that any more - no protection.
You used to be able to ask for Western Union, but that's stopped now, thank goodness.

I've only sold something once and the ppl came to me and picked up the item and paid me in person. If your planning on shipping the item and not seeing the person i suggest you have them wire transfer you the money BEFORE you send, also on ebay there should be a source you filled out with your information (for how your paying for your ad) they buyers also fill those out and sometimes pay through ebay and it goes into your acct, the best bet is to specify how you want to be paid in your ad and if you want shipping charges included in your asking price.

eBay is the largest online marketplace and one of the most popular ways to earn an income from home with a PC and internet connection. Selling on eBay is inexpensive and easy to start. Ebay has a number of tools for sellers to maximise sales. These are eBay Pulse, Hot items report, merchandising calendar. By sourcing products at a low price, you can increase your profit. You can set up a paypal account. There is a free account, and an account that allows you to take credit card payments. The credit card account charges you a fee for every transaction, if it is a credit card payment or not. If you are not willing to accept the credit card payments, and the outrageous fees on all transactions, you can not list paypal as being accepted on your listing. (Feebay needs to squeeze ever cent out of you they can!
You can also require the seller to pay with a check or money order. I recommend that you ask for postal service money orders, because you can cash them at any post office.

You can use PayPal which is very reliable. You can also have them pay cash or money order. If you take a check make sure is clears before you send item to buyer.

Through your paypal account usually. If you don't have one then Ebay sends a check within 10 working days to you (minus fees).

Either by cheque, postal order, cash (not recommended), or by credit/debit card direct into your bank account using PayPal. It's free to set up a PayPal account, and really makes each transaction a lot smoother and faster.

You have to sign up for the on-line payment service, Pay-Pal. You register a bank account with them, and payments are made through that service and electronically deposited in your account. You can accept checks or money orders, but it isn't wise to do so.
