we made a conctract with a celebrity?

to come and perform for us in TX for a very special event, but they never show up., what can I do? we spend more than 40,000 to plan the event and we only made 1,500.00, out of it, people were mad, and they were asking for their money back. we almost got shot-at. what should i do?

call the people (celebrity) up and tell them u wat ur money back they never show dont pay. plus u dont pay up font wait till their there then pay when u get wat u want.
