Gently use a cotton swab and dip it in any type of gentle eye makeup remover, like Maybelline or Rimmel's eye makeup remover. It can take out makeup stains out of clothes as well!

Not sure specifically about mascara, but my mother-in-law uses a cleaner called "Awesome" on almost everything.

Hairspray gets out ink, I'm not sure about mascara.

Try glass cleaner. Glass cleaner works on everything, lol.
