Difficult call,
American Eagle has super strengh, speed and endurance, eyesight.and of course his bow.........
but
In a hand to hand combat Captin America is better trained. His Shield would defend against not only the Eagles bow but also compensate for the ealges strength.
remember that American Eagle can be hurt and killed just like Cap.

Captain America. American Eagle will have to get up close because Cap won't be out where he can get shot with that bow. Remember he gave orders to and worked with Hawkeye? He's trained for that. Up close, forget the bow, it will get it's string cut by the shield. Cap knows to do that. Cap has also fought so many other decent super strength fighters that he could fill a dictionary. Red Skull, The Hand, Wolverine, Dragonman, Post and Holocaust and many many more. Cap has a mind for combat tactics that would make AE cry. You gotta respect the abilities of American Eagle, but Cap is just too combat savvy.

Captain American definitely beat the forgotten American Eagle. Cap with his shield and his super soldier strength will wear out American Eagle.

i think this conflict could become a draw, because of the fact mutually as Wolverine is the extra desirable scrapper; Cap is the extra desirable fighter/strategist. Captain u.s. does no longer kill Logan if given the prospect, and Wolverine has to plenty comprehend to deal with him like a number of different opponent. And the guy that pronounced Logan could rip with the aid of Cap's guard needless to say does not understand that the guard is created from Admantium and Vibranium. Sorry only as unbreakable as Logan's claws.
