For something along the lines of a St. Bernard--or any dog over 140 lbs--I think you'll have a difficult time.
For the big dogs I work with, it's nigh on impossible to find anything for them--one has a neck that's 36 inches around (he's 147 pounds), and we can't even find them regular collars! I think, if you really want clothing, you'll have to have it custom-made.

I've always used kiddie clothes for my golden retriever. Stores don't carry clothes for the big boned pooches. We're going to have to create a Big and Tall store for doggies.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Please don't dress up a big dog....that's just.....well...I can't even find words for it. I don't even like to see little dogs dressed up. They are dogs, not people. Your dog will thank you for it. The only time I will say it's acceptable is when it's cold out and people put sweaters or fleece on their dog to keep it warmer...especially if it is a short haired breed.
