Psy Baba? Sounds like somebody with extra-sensory perception. Are you thinking of SAI BABA, an Indian religious figure? The original Sai Baba taught a mystery religion that was acceptable to both Hindus and Muslims, but he died in 1918. There are two living gurus who call themselves "Sai Baba" -- and claim to be rincarnations of the original -- but their history is too long to give in a short answer like this. You can look them up on Google or Wikipedia and find, probably, enough information to make you bleary-eyed.
