Sure you are going to think this because getting over a break up is hard and sometimes the mind just controls how you are going to feel and certain songs may trigger this. The best thing to do is ignore all the signs the song is giving you and just enjoy the song.

If the song is about heartbreak and you are going through heartbreak...you definitely can relate to the song as if it was written for/about you - even though it obviously wasn't.

Yeah it's true, but when u r in love not every song is for u.... i believe that when u have a problem and u don't know what to do and no one is able to help, you'll find the answer in the music.......

yes every damn song and it makes me crazy - been listening to alot of spanish radio so i dont know what they are saying and its fun none the less.

yeah, pretty much and when i'm getting distant from a boyfriend i feel the same...sorta like rite now...and when i hear songs that were mine and an old boyfriends song, i think back to what all we did and wanna sorta cry...lol.

no. i have certain break up songs, tony braxton,mary j., aretha franklin, have break up songs that tend to give me strength to move on, and be proud that the guy is gone.
