Wow, "and what do you guys think about coons?" Well, it could be that a lot of the people in your new "ghetto" are just as racist as you are so you should get along fine. JUST KIDDING! It's true you will find a lot of reverse-racism in the "minority" population, and it also seems that some of them have little respect for their own culture... but, really, calling them "coons" will not help your situation at all. Just stick to your self for a year and then move to a lighter neighborhood if that is what you feel is best. But what do I know, I'm just a dumb white hick anyway...Ha Ha Ha!

You my child need some help....WHO and I repeat WHO, is the racist here?????? The N word is not to your liking but coons are? Let me tell you something little girl!!!! If you were in a car accident and you needed blood and the only person around that had your type of blood, as you say a so called coon, you would receive their blood to keep you alive. Guess what? Everyone's blood is the same color. RED!!!!! When we receive blood, we have no idea where it came from. What state, what person or what time. In fact, you really gives a s-h-i-t. We are all created equal. No one is above or below the other person, because of the color of their skin. You are a very racist person. Oh and by the way. I am WHITE!!! So would you consider calling me rabbit, pelican, possum or what? One more thing. Coons are a very beautiful animal. I know of people that have raccoon's as their pet. So put that in your little tiny brain. Man, what a question!!!!!!!

A new neighborhood takes getting used to wherever you are.
Your racist attitude will only make your life worse.
I lived in a black neighborhood when I was a kid and most of my friends were black. Some of the black girls gave me a hard time but now I realize they were flirting. There was a white girl who moved in upstairs who hated black people like you do. A year later she had a black boyfriend. Then her mother wanted to move and she didn't.
Give it a year. You may not have a black boyfriend but you might end up with a lot of black friends. You have more in common with them than you think. You are poor and live in a ghetto.

If you don't like the neighborhood, work to get out of it. You'll be 18 soon. Once you graduate from high school, go away to college and get out of the ghetto. You don't have to stay there for life. You don't have mingle with the neighbors. Just do your work and get out.

Raccoons are pretty cute creatures. I just saw my first the other day because there were none in the big city. Don't leave your garbage out and they won't come around.

If you are making a racist statement, shame on you; grow-up and stop making a fool of yourself. You'll get nowhere positive in life being a smart ***. Everything you do will come back to you whether good or bad.

What? They are racist and you use the word coons? You better not say that in your new neighbourhood or you're going to get beat up. No that isn't a threat, I'm not black and I'm not going to beat you up, but get real. A ghetto isn't a good place for anyone to live, but show some respect and maybe you will get along.

Lady, I am from the ghetto, and I am no coon. You're bitching about racism, but you are in the ghetto, so you better show some respect. Seriously, you can call blacks whatever on he internet sitting on your well-fed ***, but in the ghetto, there is a whole 'nother world. If you called someone there a coon, you are going to get yourself killed. Believe me! I've seen people like you killed for lesser offenses.

And because you asked such a racist question, I should do it myself.

Well, I'd say your question is a bit racist...perhaps you are giving off this vib to others in your neighborhood as well. Don't judge them until you have gotten to know them. And as far as "coons" that term is only to be used for cute little furry woodland creatures.

The word "coons" to me is a short reference to raccoons, I feel sorry for racists because they miss out on so many wonderful people because of their own insecurity and ignorance.

Hmm that'd suck..but fortunately you don't have a whole lot longer yet before you're 18 and then you can just move out of the neighborhood. If I were you, I'd just keep myself preoccupied and try to ignore their comments.
