I have an MBA and an undergrad in arts. You don't have enough info to answer correctly. Why do you want an MBA? Engineer and MBA makes a great combo in tech industry... lots of jobs for that combo.
With respect to the MBA though, it isn't an automatic meal ticket. They are not all the same, and you better know exactly what you want out of the program to be sure that you pick the right one, and to be sure that you actually get it. I am not so sure that I actually did.

I have a bachelor's degree in engineering, and I have an MBA. Anyone can get an MBA; it's just a degree. If you got good grades as an undergrad, and you score reasonably well on the GMAT, then you shouldn't have any problem getting accepted into a graduate business program. Make sure you research what people with MBAs do, and make sure it is the direction you want to go in before spending the time and money doing it. Just because anyone can do it doesn't mean it's right for everyone!

As a recent grad engineer that went back for an MBA it has helped me alot. Reason is it gives an engineer more of a business background. Plus it enables us to solve problems from both the engineering and the business side of the equation.
My advice is to go for it. It has helped me in my career already.

It is good chance you'll get in & do well Engineering studies are a great preparation for M.B.A., also you already have one of the most difficult subjects that face those students. Namely statistics.
Potential employers appreciate a person with multiple training technical talents.
Good luck,
Dan.
