what should i exactly do to acquire weight loss. I want to walk/run on a tread meal. i just have a stomach and it's not real big so what do i do. Please help!!!

If you want to just get/stay in shape and get tighter abs and more muscles heres the little thing I do: Pushups and Ab crunches- 3 sets of 30 everyday.
Make sure you stretch all of your muscles, you need to stretch for ATLEAST 7 minutes if not more unless you want to risk pulling a muscle.

Monday- Stretch
15 minute run at medium pace
8 sprints on highest incline on tred
and a 5 minute jog to cooldown

Tuesday-Stretch
30 minute HARD run

Wedensday- Stretch
10 minute run/warmup
5 minutes hard
5 easy
10 minute jog

Thursday- Stretch
30 minute hard run
15 hillsprints
15 minute jog

Friday-Stretch
5 minute hard run
5 hillsprints
5 minute jog

Saturday-Stretch
25 minute easy run

Sunday off

It may seem hard but I lost 15 pounds in 1 month. If its too hard cut down on some of the running time and gradually build up! Also, try not to eat alot of candy and pop can also help with that.

The Adkins diet is good for loosing weight fast, but it's gross because of all the meat you eat, and you take in very few carbs. I lost a lot of weight on it within weeks of starting it, but I just couldn't handle not being able to eat more veggies and fruit.
But since you have given yourself six months to lose weight, I gather you're not in a big hurry, so a low calorie diet and exercise (That's what I'm doing now) would probably work well for you. Check out www.ediets.com, they have good information. And though I didn't use Slim-fast products ( I don't like their shakes and food ) they also have a good website about the healthy way to lose weight.

drink lemon juice ..its acidic and eats all the fats in the body ....avoid eatin bananas at nite and drink lemon juice every now and thn .....i bet u ....ull lose all the belly fats (its indian secret)
