There was something wrong with the pigmentation of his skin - though I don't think it's his fault... these things do happen and he doesn't seem like the kind of person who would change his colour on purpose... and I can understand why he chose to bleech his skin after that... especially since he has trouble with self-esteem... perhaps the spots were the cause of it all... LoL, I know others will have different opinions, but to each his own... thanks...

I thought he had a skin pigmentation problem, which is making him have white blotches and he chooses to colour the rest of it this white colour, rather than the white patches his normal colour.

Depends on what you believe, was it plastic surgery, or does he really have a pigmentation disease of the skin ? the only way to to ever really know, is to just flat out and ask him personally, don't you think?
