I'm doing a project and it NEEDS to be done by tomorrow. But ive been working on it so long thats its gotten boring, I shouldnt take a break b/c otherwise ill never get it done in time! But i can't help it! How can I stay focused?!?!

think that saturday night u gonna be out with friends and u must finish that work to be free ...or better work one day more and done ..than think all week

I hear you! Been there done that -- in fact I still have that problem sometimes. I've found that short breaks may seem like a waste of your time, but they actually help me if I'm just losing focus. They're kind of like little rewards for making some progress and usually I'll eventually end up getting in the groove of what I need to be getting done. The trick is to exercise the discipline to make those breaks SHORT!

Put on some good music, make yourself a cup of tea, and take a 5-minute break every hour: walk to the mail box and back, read 2-3 pages in a book, have a healthy snack.

first get a good mealget some coffee and what yoiur need right now then start if get bored take a break for a half hour no more

Keep reminding yourself of the deadline... Try ro break it into little pieces so that as you finish each one, you feel a sense of accomplishment, and you can measure how much farther you have to go...

do the SUMMARY now. Then if you don't get all the middle parts done, it will still look complete.

listen to music while you do it. otherwise, don't work too fast, but work comfortably.
