Well if you just meeting her for the first time, just go up to her and say" I think your a very cool person and we should go out and do something some time. so can I have your number." Or if you know her already just say "Can i have your number incase i have an emergency." lmao

walk up to her and talk to her for a couple minutes. if you've never talked to her before say 'hi, i'm ____.' tell her something nice :) (a compliment haha) then ask...make sure you guys talk a little first...don't just parade up to her and demand her number, be a sweet gentleman. just don't be cocky.
