Wal-Mart is slowly taking over the world, but everyone is so ignorant and lack understanding of the superpower. Wal-Mart may seem harmless to you common shoppers, but as an open-minded citizen, I fully realize the destruction that Wal-Mart has caused and will continue to cause as time progresses. The only way I can solve the Wal-Mart Crisis is through help of other activists. You can start by joining a group, such as Friends Against Irresponsible Development (FAID). Wal-Mart must be stopped and I AM SERIOUS! People will react differently to what I am saying, but I pray that you all will realize that I am correct some day, and that "some day" just may be the day that is considered "too late." Don't go with the flow right now, stand up against Wal-Mart. There are much better places to shop out there. They have these things called boutiques (or thrift stores if that's a result of economical burden). There is also this place called "Downtown" where lots of stores are hurting because of Wal-Mart. At those places, you get real service, real care. So what you and I can do is shop at any store, as long as it isn't Wal-Mart. If you work there, quit your job. You cannot be feeding the earthly hell any longer.

The biggest problem in the world today is ignorance. I would solve it by creating an anti-religion ray gun and zap everyone on the planet. The world would wake up to their own responsibility towards themselves and the rest of the universe. But as we'll still be animals even without religion, we'd ultimately find a way to kill each other. Ignorance is solvable. Death is not. You cant fix death.

In one word: The automobile.

It creates dependency in oil with all the bad geopolitical consequences.

It's the number one cause of air and sound pollution in the world's major cities.

It makes us build communities centred around it, causing detachment and alienation amongst neighbors.

It's the main cause of sprawl, destroying pristine nature for more highways and sub-divisions.

People in general just become maniac jerks when they get in it.

Solution: Toll highways and increase the tax in gas (it should be $10.00/ gallon). Divert some of the extra revenue to people who really need cars (farmers, truck drivers, etc.). Driving needs to be seen as a privilege, not a right.
