Going insane trying to remove webs and dust from the ceiling, every time all it does it knock down bits of the popcorn. Have tried those static dusters, even sprayed with endust, to no avail..please help :(

Try a vacumn with a brush attachement.

OK THIS IS GOING TO BE THE WAY THAT I WOULD DO IT SCRAPE THE CEILING CLEAN THEN REPAINT CAUSE THAT STUFF FOUND OUT IS THE STUPIDEST STUFF TO PUT ON A CEILING WHY DO ALL THAT AND HAVE TO TRY AND KEEP IT CLEANED ... WHEN U COULD HAVE A FLAT SURFACE AND PAINT A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE ON IT AS I'M GOING TO DO SOON...

Try reversing the hose on your vacuum and blow them off.
Hey, I know it will blow the stuff all over the place but then you can vacuum it up and not hurt your ceiling.
