If I could, it would be my teeth. My teeth are crooked and have many gaps in them. Unfortunately they aren't that healthy either and many have been pulled out.
What about you? If you could change one thing about your physical appearance, what would it be?

Iam 60 and am overweight, and it would be nice to lose some weight but it's much harder as you get older. So if you are in your early 30's start now to keep in shape.

I would like to have the baby I've been carry for the last 9 moths. lol I am tired of feeling fat and cranky

I think I would like to have smaller breasts.. I know some people pay for all of this, but I would consider a breast reduction.

i would like over-sized eyeballs like those japanese anime characters.humans are born with golf-ball sized eyeballs but i'd prefer tennis-ball sized eyeballsO.O some think it looks freaky but i think it'll be adorableâ¥
