What are some social concepts in the movie John Q?

I have a paper due, and I need to identify 5 social concepts, and then apply then to the movie.

I am looking for exact terminology, as in Ideology, deviance and pole strain.

Can anyone help me?

Unless you have an actual response that can help me, please do not reply. I do not have time for childhood games.

It's been a while since I've watched the film and I'm not sure if I'd be able to give exact terminology but maybe I can help point you in some directions:

- There's the insurance issue, the treatment of the poor vs. the rich and the direct proportion of value placed on life as a result.

- The immense pressure put on black men to do more than they've got resources to do; you noticed how the black women kept saying: "DO SOMETHING!" (John Q's wife and the pregnant woman)

- Stockholm syndrome: while terrified, just about everyone identified with or empathised with John Q and were willing to help him out if they could or at least, unwilling to have him prosecuted.

- Self-sacrifice: sacrificing oneself for the greater good (father willing to give his own heart, organ donors).

I'm not sure how helpful these will be, but that's all I can think of/remember at the moment!
