Taking medicine does not fix the problem. What happens when you don't have any more pills? or run out of them at a certain point? Just deal with it. You have many years ahead of you and pills are close to nothing of an actual solution. Eventually your body will reject them and be immune and then you will need to take stronger pills and so on and so forth. It's life. billions of people did it before you. If you can't deal with it then i agree with above poster with counseling but stay away from drugs.

Research suggests that getting into counseling AND taking medication is the best technique to over-come nervousness. Either one alone will help but the two together are best to get over the condition.

No you don't need any medicine. Just be your self and if you get embarrassed it's fine. Don't think about being nervous and you'll be fine.

hi. nervous yes, same case with me..this counselling stuff does work but its long term..there are some medications that give temporary relief..the tablet is called alprazoam or smthing.. its industry name is alzolam .. it gives you a temporary feel cool and relaxed feeling. but beware. dont take it too often. its got withdrawal effects.. you might get addicted to it.
