No, I don't want any toast. In fact, no one around here wants any toast. Not now, not ever. NO TOAST. OR muffins! We don't LIKE muffins around here! We want no muffins, no toast, no teacakes, no buns, baps, baguettes or bagels, no croissants, no crumpets, no pancakes, no potato cakes and no hot-cross buns and DEFINITELY no smegging flapjacks!

Or waffles

Anything involving grilled bread products is a definite no-no

A good question .If you want to know if "Anybody "would like toast , then obviously the answer is no ,some people wouldn't. However ,if the completed question finishes -"if there was nothing else to eat and they were hungry", the answer might get closer to a "yes".
If however the question has a different emphasis, then the answer would be definitely "yes", somebody somewhere ,I'm sure, would like some toast. But as others have pointed out , not just "any toast" !

I would love some toast right now, it has to be slightly burnt first- then whilst it's still hot, put lots of butter on it-so it melts into it...then add Marmite (yummy yummy in my tummy) OR why not spread peanut butter on it, then put a fried egg on top....now that is DELICIOUS mmmmmmmmm
i have ran out of bread though- and after writing this- i have made myself very hungary indeed...
